"I've done my business with Chris Jones for several years now. I was previously with GEICO and Chris' agency up and called me one day to tell me what my auto-insurance rate would be with them (a BIG decrease from what I was paying), and I have ever since been with them. I now also have several other policies I've moved over to them (because it is comparable/slightly cheaper with State Farm and just more simple to have it all under one roof). I've been very pleased with all the service I've gotten from Chris Jones and his office! I highly recommend reaching out to them if you are with one of the bigger, commercial insurance companies just to get a quote. Even if you are with another company, I think the friendliness and kindness of the associates that work with Chris are worth switching agencies."

"I had the pleasure of speaking with Brady and what a help he was! He took his time with me and answered all of my questions, and I had a lot of the them! He made me aware of things other insurance companies had never told me about and it was vital info because it was for coverage that I definitely needed and no other company had taken the time to go into that much detail to help me fully understand what coverage was right for me. Don’t know if Statefarm agents work on any commission but if they do Brady wasn’t upselling me, those other companies did, bc the price for the CORRECT coverage from Statefarm came pretty close to the same price that other companies gave me and for the wrong coverage. "Got a call from Dylan today a few hours after I purchased insurance through progressive. He understood why I was blowing him off at first, but I’m glad he pushed a little harder. Dylan got me double the coverage that progressive gave me, with a little extra side coverage, no need to go into that, BUT he beat Progressive by $3.
